Business Model
Buy Next ek marketplace platform hai. Buy Next stock hold nahi karta; seller/wholesaler apne products, quality, stock aur delivery ka zimmedar hai.

Seller Registration
- Annual shop fee: PKR 259 for one year
- Payment: JazzCash, Easypaisa or Bank Transfer
- Required: CNIC, shop name, phone and payout account
- Verification and fee approval ke baad Seller Panel active hoga

Commission & Payment
Flat marketplace commission: 5% on every sale.
Example: PKR 2,000 sale → PKR 100 Buy Next commission + PKR 1,900 seller payable.
Example: PKR 2,000 sale → PKR 100 Buy Next commission + PKR 1,900 seller payable.
- Customer payment Buy Next company account mein receive hoti hai.
- System applicable 5% commission calculate karta hai.
- Remaining seller amount wallet/settlement ledger mein record hota hai.
- Seller every 15 days JazzCash or bank payout request kar sakta hai.

- Products: photo, title, price, stock and category
- Orders: New, Packed, Shipped and Delivered
- Wallet: earnings, commission and withdrawal history
- Analytics: sales and commission reporting

- Search and categories
- Cart and checkout
- COD, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank/card payment options
- Order tracking and WhatsApp support

Important Rules
- Product quality, accurate listing, stock and delivery seller ki responsibility hai.
- Returns/refunds Buy Next policy aur approval workflow ke mutabiq process honge.
- Fake, prohibited ya misleading products par listing remove aur seller shop suspend/block ho sakti hai.
- Buy Next policy violations, fraud risk aur customer complaints par action le sakta hai.
